Rolled Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 envelope taco seasoning mix
    1/2 c. water
    1 can refried beans
    12 flour tortillas
    1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 c. shredded lettuce
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet; drain.
    Add onions, seasoning mix, water and refried beans; mix well.
    Simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon onto tortillas; roll to enclose filling.
    Place seam side down in greased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
    Mix taco sauce and tomato sauce in bowl.
    Spoon over tortillas.
    Sprinkle with 2 cups cheese.
    Bake until cheese has melted.
    Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
