Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    medium chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 lb. Velveeta
    pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 lb. bacon
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until just about done.
    Peel and cube.
    Add rest of ingredients and put crumbled bacon on the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
