Rabbit With Herbs And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rabbit, dressed
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. white wine
    2 cloves garlic, sliced
    1 tsp. thyme
    salt and pepper
    1 can mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Cut up the rabbit into serving size pieces.
    Saute in butter until browned on all sides.
    Mix parsley and chives with 2 tablespoons butter with a fork.
    Sprinkle rabbit with flour, cook 1 minute while stirring.
    Add wine, butter and herb mixture, 1 cup water, garlic, thyme, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 1 hour over low heat.
    Add mushrooms and simmer about 10 more minutes.
