Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (1 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 (14 oz.) can peeled and diced tomatoes with juice
    10 (6 inch) tortillas
    1 c. prepared salsa
    1/2 c. Colby cheese, shredded
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat.
    Stir in the taco seasoning and tomatoes.
    Line a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with half of the tortillas.
    Spoon the beef mixture into the dish, then top with the remaining tortillas.
    Spread salsa over the tortillas.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
    Serves 4 to 6.
