Southern Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. Crisco or lard
    6 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation
    Blend ingredients with electric mixer.
    Add ice water, 3 tablespoons at a time.
    Blend in until all water is added.
    Blend to smooth.
    Take out on a floured pastry board or sheet.
    Roll out in 7-inch pie crust.
    Makes 2.
