Pecan Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. oleo or butter (more if you like)
2 eggs
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt (may omit)
2 Tbsp. melted oleo

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix well flour and 2 tablespoons brown sugar. With pastry blender, work in oleo until dough holds together. Press on bottom of greased 9-inch square pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes until firm.
