Snack In A Bag - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oat circles breakfast cereal
    1/4 c. dried apricot halves
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    2 Tbsp. pitted dates
    unsalted sunflower seeds
    unsalted chopped almonds
Preparation
    Combine oat circles breakfast cereal, dried apricot halves (chopped), raisins, chopped pitted dates, sunflower seeds and almonds.
    This snack has been scientifically proven to help PMS symptoms! Really!
    Divide into 3 plastic bags.
