Green Pasta With White Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 medium chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams and juice
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sherry or any white wine
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 (9 oz.) pkg. green pasta (angel hair)
    linguine or fettucine
Preparation
    Saute garlic and onion in oil for a minute or two.
    Stir in flour and juice, drained from minced clams.
    Add milk, sherry, parsley and pepper.
    Stir until sauce thickens.
    Mix in clams. Cook pasta according to directions.
    Spoon sauce over pasta and serve.
