Marinated Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, sliced and cleaned
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
Preparation

Boil carrots to barely done.
Blend tomato sauce, salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar, salad oil, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
Layer carrots, onion and pepper and pour sauce over. Marinate at least 24 hours.
Lasts forever!
