Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 c. Italian dressing
    1 c. or more mayonnaise
    paprika (for sprinkling)
Preparation
    Wash and cook cauliflower until just tender; drain.
    Place in a bowl and pour dressing over.
    Let marinate in refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight; drain well.
    Place cauliflower on serving plate; frost entire head with mayonnaise.
    Sprinkle with paprika. Use a spoon to serve.
    Pat cauliflower dry with paper towels before adding mayonnaise.
    It will frost better.
    Serves 4.
