Winter Squash Supreme(Hubbard Or Butternut) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed, cooked squash
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 carrot, grated
    1/3 c. chopped green onion
    salt, pepper and seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste. Butter a 2-quart dish.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs and add squash mixture.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot generously with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
