Dump Soup(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cabbage, sliced and chopped
    1/2 red cabbage, chopped
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. cauliflower flowerets
    1 c. carrots, sliced
    1 zucchini, sliced
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can crushed tomatoes
    Tony Chachere's salt-free Creole seasoning
    garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Brown onions and garlic.
    Add remaining vegetables. Fill pot halfway with water.
    Add seasonings.
    Top with crushed tomatoes.
    Cover and simmer on low 1 hour.
    Stir occasionally. Cook to desired tenderness.
