Pork Chop Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (3/4 to 1-inch thick)
    3 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Lightly grease baking dish large enough to hold pork chops (approximately 7 x 11-inch or 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch).
    Put apples in bottom of baking dish.
    Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples.
    Place chops on top.
    Bake, uncovered, about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Do not overcook.
