Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 lb. Velveeta
1 small can green chilies
1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
12 flour tortillas
Preparation

Brown ground meat and onion.
Melt cheese over low heat.
Add sour cream, soup and chilies.
Soften 12 flour tortillas in oil. Place beef in each tortilla and roll up.
Lay in baking dish. Pour sauce over top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
