Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
5 c. peeled and sliced peaches
1 c. sugar
1 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. milk
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

In large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon; stir in peaches and toss to coat well.
Set aside.
Mix 1 cup sugar in self-rising flour.
Add milk gradually until well blended.
Add melted butter; stir.
Pour 1/3 batter into baking dish.
Place peaches on top.
Spoon rest of batter on top of fruit.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Can be topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
