Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli, cooked, cut and drained
    1/2 to 1 head cauliflower, cooked, cut and drained
    4 eggs
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. margarine or butter
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    3/4 to 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add flour, butter and cottage cheese.
    Pour in casserole dish.
    Layer veggies over mixture.
    Cover with the Velveeta cheese strips.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
