1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. oleo, melted
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar and nutmeg; add oleo and beat until creamy.
Stir in eggs, buttermilk and vanilla.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes longer.
