Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
3 large apples, chopped small
3 c. flour
Preparation

Grease and flour Bundt pan.
Mix together cooking oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
In another bowl, mix all dry ingredients including apples and pecans.
Add first mixture to second mixture and stir.
Pour into Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or toothpick test.
