Lou'S Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey (Louis Rich)
    1 large can tomatoes, crushed
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
    1 3/4 cans beer
    1 bay leaf, crushed
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 box (small) mushrooms (with stems), sliced
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute ground turkey; drain and add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, paste and beer.
    Season with bay leaf, oregano, basil, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt and pepper.
    Begin this when you begin sauteing ground turkey.
    Saute in olive oil, onion, celery, mushrooms and garlic.
    Slowly cook all ingredients for 2 hours.
    Serve over freshly cooked pasta.
