Dutch Babies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 c. fruit (blueberries, strawberries, nectarines and kiwi)
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1/4 c. marmalade
    powdered sugar
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
Preparation
    Put margarine in 6 custard cups.
    Combine 3 eggs, flour, milk, oil and almond extract and put into cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Remove to dessert dishes.
    Melt marmalade and add to fruit to coat.
    Put fruit into Dutch Babies and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
