Salmon Pat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pink salmon (12 oz.)
    1/2 lemon (squeeze)
    3 Tbsp. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. milk
    green onions, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix; refrigerate for 1 hour and serve with crackers.
    Easy and excellent.
    Can be made night before.
