Oatmeal Muffins(Blue Ribbon Winner) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. quick oats
    2 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
    4 eggs
    2 c. light brown sugar (packed)
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. soaked and drained raisins (soak 5 to 10 minutes)
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine oats and sour cream.
    Stir in melted butter, eggs and 2 cups brown sugar until well mixed.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Stir dry ingredients into oat mixture and add drained raisins.
    Blend.
    Divide into 2 greased or paper lined muffin pans.
