Mock Burrito - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. fat-free fajita shells
2 lb. ground round
1 pkg. El Paso taco seasoning
1 can El Paso green chilies
1 pkg. fat-free pizza cheese
1 can El Paso fat-free refried beans
Breakstone fat-free sour cream
Preparation

Brown ground round and season with taco seasoning.
Lay fajita shell on counter.
Smooth on beans; top with little chilies. Smooth on beef; top with cheese.
Roll up and place on baking sheet with ends down.
Bake approximately 15 minutes at 325\u00b0 or until edges turn brown.
Serve with Mexican rice (omit butter) and chopped lettuce and tomatoes.
Garnish with fat-free sour cream.
