California Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. white wine vinegar
    3 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
    1/4 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. dried chives
    1 c. raisins
    salt to taste
    6 cooked, boned, skinned chicken breasts
    lettuce
    1 1/2 c. snow peas, trimmed and blanched
    1 small red onion, sliced into rings
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. halved cherry tomatoes
Preparation
    In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, mustard, chopped onion, chives and 1/2 cup of the raisins.
    Season with salt.
    Slice each chicken breast diagonally to 1-inch thick pieces.
