Pork Chops And Apple And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (boneless)
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 clove garlic
    1/4 c. onion, sliced
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1 apple, cored and quartered
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 or 3 c. sauerkraut
    1/4 c. white wine
Preparation
    Brown chops in oil and margarine.
    Add garlic, onion, sage and apple.
    Saute few minutes.
    Stir in pepper and wine.
    Place sauerkraut on top of chops.
    Cover; heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat to simmer.
    Cook 40 to 45 minutes.
