Curried Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can peach halves
1 (1 lb.) can pear halves
1 (13 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1/3 c. soft butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Drain fruit well.
Cut pear and peach halves in two.
Arrange in baking dish.
Blend butter, sugar and curry powder.
Cover fruit with sauce and chill several hours or overnight.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
