Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. bread crumbs
2 or 3 Tbsp. melted oleo
Preparation

After cooking broccoli (according to package) omitting salt, place in a baking dish.
Combine soup and cheese.
Add milk, mayonnaise and egg to soup mixture.
Pour over broccoli and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until crumbs are lightly brown.
