Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. crab or lobster delights (or the real thing)
    1 can Campbell's cream soup (chicken, mushroom or shrimp, etc.)
    1/2 c. low-fat sour cream (optional)
    16 oz. pkg. Birds Eye frozen stir-fry vegetables
    1/2 c. low-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Combine soup, sour cream, mayonnaise and curry powder.
    Mix all gently until blended.
    Put into a 2-quart dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes until bubbly.
    I've made this so often that I believe I did invent it!
