Mushroom Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2/3 box Pepperidge Farm zesty Italian croutons
    2/3 box Pepperidge Farm onion and garlic croutons
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/4 sticks margarine or butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in the margarine or butter.
    Drain and and retain margarine for later.
    (Note - Cherie's Gourmet Tip: Microwave may be used to saute the onion and celery.)
