Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fresh medium zucchini squash, unpeeled
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    2 ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 1/2 cup shredded process cheese
    1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
    2 tablespoons margarine
Preparation
    Slice squash into 1/2 -inch slices, parboil for 3 minutes.
    To make filling, combine remaining ingredients, except crumbs and margarine.\tMix well.
    Place squash in baking dish, alternating with filling.
    Top with bread crumbs and dabs of margarine.
    Bake in 375 degree oven for 35 minutes.\tServes 6-8.
