Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. soft biscuit crumbs
4 c. or more soft cornbread crumbs
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. sage
1/2 c. cold margarine, diced
1 egg, slightly beaten
chicken stock
Preparation

Saute celery and onion (you may use 1 cup each).
Combine both kinds of bread crumbs, onion, celery, seasonings and butter.
Add egg and mix lightly.
Heat enough chicken stock to moisten crumbs and pour over dressing.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
