Cookies On A Stick - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 egg
1 c. peanuts, coarsely chopped
1 c. corn flakes

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In medium bowl combine flour, baking powder and soda.
Set aside.
In large bowl, mix on medium speed the sugar, brown sugar and butter until creamy.
Add egg and vanilla.
Beat in flour mixture until blended.
By hand stir in peanuts and corn flakes until coated.
