Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pkg. Ore-Ida hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix everything.
Be sure potatoes are separated.
Spread in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Top with Durkee French fried onions and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
