Breaded Herbed Fish Fillets(Catfish Or Trout) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. fine, dry bread crumbs (use Italian)
1/8 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
1/2 tsp. dried onion flakes
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 farm raised catfish or trout fillets
Preparation

Combine first 9 ingredients. Coat fillets with cooking spray. Dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place fillets on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
