Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken
1 celery stick
2 bay leaves
1 onion
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
6 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. spaghetti
Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Boil chicken, celery stick, bay leaves and onion.
When chicken is done, debone chicken and discard celery, bay leaves and onion.
Saute margarine, chopped pepper, celery and onions.
Add flour, 2 cups of the Velveeta cheese and chicken broth.
Cook mixture until thick.
Cook spaghetti in remaining chicken broth. Drain; add spaghetti to sauce.
Add deboned chicken.
Grate cheese over top and cook in oven until cheese melts.
