Plum Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 boiled potatoes
    2 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    20 washed plums
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and rice them.
    Add eggs, salt and baking powder.
    Add flour until dough does not stick.
    Take some dough; roll in hands to form a snake.
    Lay plums on top of this; cut dough between plums and roll dough around plums.
    Drop into boiling salt water until plum is soft.
    Take out of water; roll in bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle sugar on top.
    Eat warm.
