Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. claw meat
    parsley
    1/2 (No. 17) jar mayonnaise
    6 slices wet bread, crust removed
    salt
    pepper
    small amount of diced onion
Preparation
    Mix together and make 14 cakes; dip in egg and bread crumbs. Fry in deep fat after the cakes have been in the refrigerator for several hours so they can set and not fall apart when fried.
