Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fryers
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
    2 small jars pimentos, drained
    6 c. chicken broth (from chicken)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 to 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil fryers with salt and pepper to taste until tender.
    Cool and remove from bone.
    Cut into bite size pieces.
