Broccoli With Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. grated orange zest
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions. In a saucepan, melt butter. Whisk in cornstarch until smooth. Gradually stir in orange juice and zest. Bring to the boil and simmer until thickened. Drain broccoli and drizzle with sauce. Makes 4 servings.
