Shanghai Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. each: onion and garlic powder
    1 can Veg-All, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. celery
    1 c. Chinese noodles (optional)
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion and garlic powders in a lightly greased skillet.
    Add celery, vegetables and soup.
    Stir in rice and seasonings.
    Turn into greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
