Cumin Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans beef consomme (not broth)
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 to 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped (optional)
    1 c. long-grained raw white rice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
Preparation
    Bring consomme to boil; add cumin.
    In skillet saute vegetables in butter until soft.
    Add rice and saute until golden brown.
    Put in a large casserole.
    Pour boiling liquid over rice. Cover and bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Stir and check for doneness of rice.
