Pork Chops With Apple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. apple juice
3 Tbsp. lemon
1 onion, minced
1 1/2 Tbsp. snipped savory
4 center cut pork chops
1/4 c. applesauce
1 red apple, sliced 1/2-inch
1 tart green apple, sliced 1/2-inch
Preparation

In shallow dish, combine apple and lemon juice, onion and savory.
Add pork chops, turning to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Remove chops and place on broiler pan.
Strain marinade and set aside.
Bake chops at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
