Apple Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and quartered
    1 pkg. crescent rolls
    1 c. water
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
Preparation
    Mix the last 4 ingredients; heat until butter melts.
    Wrap each apple wedge in a section of crescent roll.
    Place in baking pan and pour syrup over them.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream, or top with whipped cream.
