Mexican Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

1 large pkg. frozen broccoli
2 c. cooked Minute rice
2 cans mushroom soup
1 large onion
1 pkg. hot Velveeta Mexican cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Chop onion in small pieces.
Prepare rice according to box directions, but add the chopped onion to the water before it boils.
Steam the broccoli until tender.
Add the steamed broccoli and mushroom soup to the rice; mix together well.
