French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 can flaked coconut
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into an unbaked pastry shell. Cook in oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
