Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 qt. milk
    1 c. cheese spread
    18 potatoes, peeled, sliced and cooked
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan; blend in flour and seasonings.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add cheese and heat until melted.
    Place drained potatoes in a baking dish; cover with sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until browned.
