Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. elbow macaroni
    1/4 c. dried bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook macaroni 6 minutes and drain.
    In medium saucepan, combine cornstarch, salt, dry mustard and pepper.
    Stir in milk until smooth.
    Add margarine, stirring constantly.
    Bring to boil over medium-high heat and boil 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in cheese until melted.
    Add elbows.
    Turn into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 375\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
