Whole Wheat Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/4 c. water
    2/3 c. oil
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. gluten
    3 Tbsp. yeast
    2 Tbsp. salt
    fresh ground wheat flour
    raisins
Preparation
    Heat
    water
    to
    boiling.
    Add\toil and honey.\tStir in gluten,
    yeast,
    salt
    and\tenough fresh ground wheat flour to make
    sticky (about 7 cups).
    Knead well; let rise.
    Roll part into
    rectangle and spread with filling and raisins.
    Roll up, cut into rolls and bake at 350\u00b0.
    Ice when cool (if desired).
