Beef And Vegetable Kebabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large green pepper
    12 to 14 spring onions
    5 Tbsp. corn oil
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 lb. meat
    4 zucchini or yellow squash
    12 to 14 fresh mushrooms
    2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cut the green pepper in half.
    Remove and discard the core and seeds.
    Cut the pepper flesh into 1-inch pieces with a sharp knife.
