Cushaw Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked and drained cushaw
    1 c. white or light brown sugar
    1/2 c. softened butter
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 pie shell
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and place in pie shell.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven until mixture is set.
